Breakfast (8.30 am)

omelette with salad leaves and salsa

granola with oat milk

glass of orange juice

 

Lunch (1.00 pm)

mixed leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, radish and quinoa with hemp oil, avocado

hummus and vegetables with couscous

 

Dinner (6.00 pm)

omelette with vegetables, new potatoes and side salad

sweet potato, courgette, potato, peas, carrot etc with curry paste

peppers, courgette, onions with wholemeal or spelt pasta

 

Snacks (8.00 pm)

greek yoghurt with berries

seeds and nuts

smoothies

pure dark chocolate

dried apple
